TERRIBLE customer support

- They write you with noreply-mail-adresses, give you no possibility to answer back.
- They partially don't respond to mails to their correct mail adress although their noticed them.
- Using the callcenter takes at least 10 minutes until you reach a human being, the AI is slow and stupid.
- They gave me wrong information regarding my right of cancelling the contract, benefiting themselves.
- They finally told me to cancel my contract, but nothing happened until 2 months later. I maybe need to waste another 10 or 20 minutes of my life waiting in their callcenter queue.

Unmatured case design

My Pxiel 7 Pro case got partially defect after 1 month of use, now it tends to open on one side again and again. Dirt and design can enter the case very easily.

Rufnummermitnahme hat entgegen der…

Rufnummermitnahme hat entgegen der Angaben nicht funktioniert.
Auf meine Mail diesbezüglich wurde mir seit 19 Tagen nicht geantwortet.
Die Hotline ist keine Hotline, sondern ein Tool, um sich über SMS einen Link für eine Terminvergabe schicken zu lassen. Außerdem wurde meine Telefonat einfach beendet, während ich meine Telefonnummer noch eingegeben habe und da ich mich einmal vertippt hatte und es keine Möglichkeit zur Korrektur gibt, musste ich insgesamt 3x anrufen.
