TERRIBLE customer support
- They write you with noreply-mail-adresses, give you no possibility to answer back.
- They partially don't respond to mails to their correct mail adress although their noticed them.
- Using the callcenter takes at least 10 minutes until you reach a human being, the AI is slow and stupid.
- They gave me wrong information regarding my right of cancelling the contract, benefiting themselves.
- They finally told me to cancel my contract, but nothing happened until 2 months later. I maybe need to waste another 10 or 20 minutes of my life waiting in their callcenter queue.
