I tried a lot of programs and this one had the best deal and note types. I do wish they would incorporate a way to make documents with the notes saved such as a psychological report template. They upgraded me without me requesting it and it has been great. Customer service is always super responsive and helpful.

It took a while to learn and although I thought price was steep for what I used, I kept it. Now they force me to pay an extra $10 to integrate a video system that is equal to or less than psychology today and took away the wiley plans (which were also weirdly inconsistent). On top of that the calendar sync was eliminated and nothing was said! I suddenly thought my icalendar was messed up but nope. I think it’s very greedy and inconsiderate to suddenly eliminate something as basic as calendar sync and then expect me to pay more for things I don’t need/use. If the calendar function isn’t returned then they can’t say the $69 plan is mid tier. Therefore, it either reintegrates this (I have ADHD and this is essential as a psychologist) or I’m out. We are still in pandemic recovery for god’s sake…
