Advertising wrong product

1 used this company twice before searching for replacement discs for my previous vehicles using their compatibility tool on the website. Having changed my vehicle, I was looking to upgrade and used the same tool to search their online store for discs for my Puma ST 1.5 Ecoboost. 1 result came up with no alternatives and purchased them. However, when they arrived and came to getting them fitted, I was informed by the technician they are wrong and appear to be the size for the Puma ST-line 1.0 Ecoboost. Having contacted Gravity, their reply wasn't too helpful! Very p*##££d off they are advertising a product that CLEARLY isn't for the specific of vehicle, THERE IS NO VARIATION! Be careful!

I hope you are well.

We do not have the ability to look up disc specifications from reg/chassis numbers I am afraid. Because sizes vary across model ranges, we can only advise correct fitment based on the measurements of your existing discs. We would need the following information:

Front or rear

Disc diameter

Min/max thickness

Overall depth

Centre bore

Bolt pattern and PCD

Vented/solid



Please do not rely on an online lookup tool to find this information as they often vary across the same model of car. Please measure the discs currently fitted to your car to be certain.

What a joke, avoid and EXPECT DAMAGE!

What a joke! 1st item arrived damaged, so had to waste more time waiting in. Driver called before hand and has appalling telephone manner! 2nd item also arrived damaged, which will lead to more time waiting in! And delivery driver tried to leave without me signing or taking photos of the damage. When they gave me the tablet it looked like they were trying to sign for me!

Poor customer service!

Having read the reviews i would agree.
I want to give 0 stars but it won't let me!!!
My car suffered pothole damage a week before Xmas on Ampthill Rd Bedford, put a claim into Beds County Council but because HANSON were completing works in the area Beds CC said they (Hanson) are responsible and to take the matter up with them. 3mths later still NO resolution, the contact is poor, same replies. As an emergency worker I needed my vehicle and had to pay for an immediate repair, expense I could not afford let alone NEED with Xmas approaching along with the added stress whilst continually working during these difficult times.
Experience will be shared across other social media platforms and won't be recommending
Any of their products.
