A bit annoying when charged a fee of 21 dollars, I think for membership. No warning, notification email.
Now I have to call, write them a letter...etc. to get refund.

No free shipping for open box
Even though eligible with other purchases?!
Why can’t open box items be shipped with “shipping free” items if they are the same item number?
