Anna, what can I say? She wasn’t an absolute saint from start to finish. She went through everything, clearly and openly. She answered every question with honesty! She went above and beyond by answering messages late at night, running numbers for me and overall making sure I was happy! I honestly can’t thank you enough and can’t wait to go and collect my car on Saturday..

Appalling, opened the account on the advice of fellow tilers. I completed 2 jobs yesterday so I sent the customers payment links with my new SumUp account.
All went great, customer paid instantly as they where happy with the work I completed on their house, second customer paid today because again they where happy with the work I done.
Got an email today to say my accounts in review and to send them proof of my business so sent them my social media accounts in form of Facebook and Instagram where I post all my work.
They asked for invoices to the same amounts that where credited to the account. I went one better and sent the original quotes and then the final invoices. Invoices etc all have dates, my company information and everything else you can imagine. I use a co pant called Tradify so the invoices are pretty complex and detailed.
I also sent along with it invoices from suppliers which have my business name, my name and address on it.
I even sent screenshots between myself and my customers regarding payment and proof they had sent it willingly!
The customers have left me reviews for the work I carried out on YELL which again is where my business is registered on.
Literally a couple of hours later they have terminated my account, kept my money and told me I have to wait 2 months incase of any chargebacks?
Why would a customer charge anything back? I worked over 100 hours in 8 days to complete the tiling jobs for them, they have inspected the work before paying me!
I have 3 children and the money from these jobs where to buy them Christmas presents so what the hell am I to do now?
I have done absolutely nothing wrong and gave every bit of proof needed that the 2 transactions that went into my new account where legitimate and a cause for no concern!
Now you have stolen my money, ruined my families Christmas and cost me a fortune! I have 2 very happy customers sitting with new bathrooms and kitchens and I am now sat here feeling depressed, suicidal and not knowing what I’m meant to do because as a man and a dad I a meant to provide for my family which is what I do every day of life and work ridiculous hours to make sure they are taken care of!
Not only that, when I opened the account I ordered a card reader which cost me £34, customer service told me they can’t cancel the reader? So what am I meant to do with it now!
Honestly beyond angry. Worst customer service or banking institution I have ever came across!
Will anyone care? No of course not!

Excellent environment and no messing around. You are thrown straight in and straight to work but in a way that makes you feel comfortable and not uneasy! Ant, matty and immie are on a different level when it comes to knowledge and more importantly understanding everyone takes things in quicker than others! A year down the line and I am successfully running my own business and taking on jobs I never thought I would have the confidence to do! Not only has the training in school been invaluable but the support afterwards is second to none. Used them for the past 5 seasons for my season ticket and never had an issue with them. If you need to phone for any reason they always answer quickly and always resolve any issue
Place was absolutely stunning! Everything was immaculate and to the highest of standards! All the touches like the Christmas tree, the decorations outside etc made it magical for our children! Couldn’t ask for any nicer hosts if you tried. Only thing I can complain about was the fact that Dave didn’t know what isle the mayonnaise was in Tesco when I seen him 😂 but honestly no one would be disappointed when they book so don’t hesitate! We stayed a week and even asked Sonia if it was available to stay longer and unfortunately it wasn’t!
Impressive delivery and quality is perfect. I had an issue regarding sizing of the plate and them sending a different size from what I had ordered. after a few emails back and forth it was evident and a case of “we have your money we don’t care” kind of policy which again was a shame. £50 for one plate and I’m using it as an ornament In my shed and ordered a set of plates to the sizing I required with no issues at all and not being told “it can’t be done”. When it Infact can be done as there’s literally hundreds online with the same as I wanted.

Regarding the legality of the plate, the plate itself is not legal even regarding the spacing and your provided it so please don’t insult me by saying you supplied me with a legal size. It wasn’t a legal size I was wanting and again you knew this when I ordered and proceeded to send out your own size. You know what I wanted and rather than rectify and supply me with what I wanted after I received it you kept reiterating the same things rather than come to a solution and provide me with what I initially wanted. I said it was “fine” because I knew I wasn’t going to get anywhere with you and could not be bothered arguing. My actual reply was “it’s fine I will order a set of plates from another company who will provide me with the sizing i require”. I said that hoping you would want to keep your customer happy and supply them with what they paid for. But what I am now going to do is claim the money back via the bank as

I have been through the email chain with the Admin team. Unfortunately i feel as though you have taken what we have said out of context. The plates we provided had a legal registration on them so we have provided a legal size. We have tried to explain this to yourself and you replied saying that it was fine.
I feel like one star is extremely unfair as you have said in the title, Impressive delivery and quality is perfect.
