Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that, overall, your journey went well. We completely understand how important priority disembarkation is, especially when travelling with a child with additional needs, and we’re very sorry this wasn’t available on your recent sailing.

Due to the linkspan at Hull port currently being out of action, we’ve had to adjust our loading and unloading procedures, which unfortunately means priority disembarkation cannot be offered at this time. We know this isn’t ideal and can cause additional challenges for some of our passengers. Please be assured that this is only a temporary situation and we are working with the port owner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
