Amazing supplier

Really happy with the service delivered from Rightfoam! We order on a regular basis, everything always arrives as it should, cut to the exact sizes we need.

The quality of the foam is great and longlasting, they have loads of types to chose from so they're perfect for all types of projects,

Communication is great and our customers only have good things to say! Couldn't thank Gregg and his team enough 😊

Were a business and used the service…

Were a business and used the service multiple times and really happy, we're have had great feedback from all our customers on the delivery end, the updates are amazing too compare to other couriers, haven't always caught the guys names but had John and Jazz today and really happy with how they handled everything, they took time out to make sure everything fit in the van and was wrapped and handled carefully, will continue to use them for further deliveries

Awful Service

Not very happy at all, my renewal was coming up and I rang up to ask when I have to let them know by, I was told the 6th so I told the lady I will ring back as I wanted to look at chaging to another provider as wise driving upped my policy on the new quote by £30 a month (now 100 a month altogether) but everything else I was being offered was much cheaper even policies without a black box for only £60 a month, I asked if the reason why my driving score was going down could be affected due to an issue with the revs jumping up on my automatic car all the time, which she agreed is more than likely effecting it so I told her obviously it doesn't make sense to go with them again as I might aswell start a new black box with another company or a company that doesn't require one as they aren't going to charge me as much but what happened is on the 5th they emailed to say they have set everything back up again and cancellation is £70! So now not only do I have to find another £30 a month to cancel it's going to cost even more.
I didn't cancel there and then when i rang up because I told her I had to wait until I was paid and also wanted to check another policy would defiantly accept monthly payments but not happy that I was told one date for it then to be automatically renewed prior to this.

We are sorry if you were provided with confusing information.

Your renewal date was indeed the 6th of February and, had you called before this date, we would have lapsed your policy (cover would not have renewed for a further year). The last record we have of you calling us was on the 2nd of February and as we did not hear back from you, your policy renewed.

If you accepted alternative cover elsewhere, please contact us with the Certificate of Motor Insurance from your new provider so we can look to backdate the cancellation of your policy.
