Highly professional company, great customer service, and smooth from start to finish!

I sent 3 large boxes from Essex in UK, to Perth in Australia. The whole experience was so professional and I felt completely at ease and in control with my beloved possessions. The tracker is fantastic so you can check where the ship is at any time of day. They delivered empties and collected my boxes promptly, and throughout the experience from 26th May - 2nd Oct they were very fast to respond to emails, had no queuing time on phone calls, and any question I asked was treated with respect and fantastic customer service.

Everything was explained thoroughly and clearly which led to zero issues with customs/border control and I wasn't charge a penny over the original quote.

SHOUTOUT to Dave working on the deliveries in Perth who called me up a day early saying he was nearby, it made my week and was a huge surprise - he was so friendly and chatty too.

Could not recommend enough. Thank you SSW for looking after my possessions.

False referral codes

I was enjoying my deliveries and so recommended it to two friends. BOTH of them used my referral codes, followed the instructions, and then received their discounts. I never received anything. I contacted customer service and they told me that my code has not been used. Having sat next to one of the friends whilst they signed up, I can assure you they did. So really I gave them 2 customers and received nothing back. Cancelled my subscription now as it’s not worth paying full price unless you’re wealthy.

Great customer service!

Great customer service! And lovely, fun, wine. They helped me receive my order again quickly and efficiently after Hermes decided to make it disappear (classic Hermes move)
It was very easy getting it resent and a pleasure to interact with them.
