Unbelievable! I was just shouted to on the phone by a pushy salesman trying to book an appointment for a quote that I wasn't even interested in. He even hung up while I was still talking. Extremely unprofessional!

I had a very relaxing massage with Elisabeth. She is very professional and makes you feel cared for and comfortable. The treatment room is beautiful and warm, very well furnished with attention to detail. I felt amazing after the treatment and have already booked another appointment. Highly recommend!

Absolute joke of a company! Delivered broken sink and it took them 2 weeks to organise a collection. Hardly ever returned calls. Then they called me “pedantic” and shouted (literally!) to me on the phone for asking them to collect their broken sink and issue a refund. Took a month for my money to hit my bank account. Customer service was appalling. Would never use again.

I ordered two wall lights from Pooky and they were beautiful. However, there was a small problem with one of them. I emailed Pooky to let them know about this on a Saturday, not expecting a reply for a few days. However, they got in touch within minutes or receiving my email and organised a replacement that I received 3 days later. This is some top quality customer care! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing service! Natalie in particular was so helpful. She suggested tile combinations, sent me pictures of current batches and lots of samples. She was even able to organise a delivery a week early, just to make sure we’ve got the tiles in time. Needless to say that I’ll be using Mandarin Stone every time I need tiles and would happily recommend them to other people.
