Best price on the net combined with swift delivery. What more can you ask for? The product was a Grohe tap not yet installed, however I have never experienced a second class product from Grohe, so I trust this will also be excellent.

North Face walking shoe
Before going to the shop I had selected 3 walking shoes in the medium/low price range and ended up buying one of them of the North Face brand. I was given ample time to test all three selected items and received advice from the knowledge staff. The following day I walked in the fields and forest for a bit more than one hour fast walking, and it turned out very positive. For me the North Face offering (half price) is excellent value for money.

Review of Wise
I use Wise, but less than I want
For simple transfers I have used Wise successfully for years. However, lately I wanted to use the multi currency card but found the validation process cumbersome and gave up mid way. And that is my general opinion: the total lack of a helpline and a structure of the website with no apparent logic other than providing minimum guidance has meant that I gave on the card, which could have been most beneficial for me.

I was lucky that someone stole my two socket sets. Lucky because almost at the same time this offer came up, my preferred hand tool brand delivering most of the sockets and fixed wrenches I would normally need superbly packed in a sturdy tool box.
One last comment. I am not paid by Bacho or anyone else, I just love good tools.

I have a holiday home in France. This time I needed ink for my Epson printer and bought from Imprint based on good reviews. The quality I have experienced is better than I am used to and I decided to buy yet another multi pack to bring back to UK. This really the best way to demonstrate my satisfaction.

As usual, requesting a repeat prescription using the NHS app and LloydsDirect worked seamlessly and quickly.
Review of Megavert
Lack of email monitoring lead to problems that were solved later
Because of lack of mobile connection, ordering was difficult, but I managed. However, when the delivery came it was for 2 chainsaws, not just 1. I immediately requested a return of one, but got no reply. After 10 days I e-mailed again, this time with request for received and opened mail. It was seen by "relationclient" at megavert.com", but this function has after 6 days not replied. Total disregard for customers as soon as payment is taken is my conclusion.
Latest 24/2/2022.
Product returned as requested by Megavert and signed for by Nicolas (the owner), but 2 weeks later, no refund provided and all email automatically rejected due to full mailbox at Megavert.
Unfortunately it looks like Megavert has gone bust and I warn anybody against engage with this company.

Immediately after indicating that Megavert might have gone bust, I received a mail from Nicola MANDICA,
Direction commerciale. He took personal responsibility, investigated the case and issued a credit note the same day!
Conclusion: Megavert's lack of monitoring email communication was the main reason for my problems. The quick reaction by the owner of Megavert solved the issue in a satisfactory way. The product I bought, a Stihl chainsaw, was delivered fully assembled and tested and works extremely well. I have therefore updated my Trustpilot rating.
