Poor Customer Service/No Fraud Protection

I had obvious fraud charges on my account totalling approximately 200 dollars all from the same company in July and August. I never heard of or used,and which when I Google found out its all over the internet that this is a scam.I was only able to report
100 of the charges as the others were still pending I was told to call
back in 3 days its been a week and customer service which is suppose
to be 24/7 is not available only a
recording .The recording states for faster service email us ,but when I
tried this i got only a email saying disputes can only be filed over the phone .I have never received the confirmation email for filing the first dispute that the agent promised and I am now realizing my 200 of my retirement benefits is gone with No way to recover, This company is nit what they claim I am canceling after this month and sending benefits back to my bank as they file legitimate disputes and refund money as do most reputable financial institutions.

This was a horrible experience of about…

This was a horrible experience of about an hour ,I made no matches and though they said it's canceled I need my money back as I never used.
I was matched with woman and men young enough to be my sons,FILTERS NEVER SAVE ,SO THEY SAY YOU MUST REDO EVERY LOG IN
THATS CRAZY AND STUPID AS ,while you try to update at every log in women and men you don't want to contact keep popping up.
I was so frustrated as what kind of paid app can't save your filters.

Worse Service ,Horrible Customer Service Fraud

After months of slow to no speed service I bought the antennas they said would boost speed,$139 plus wiring and adapters another 50 .speed improved but still spotty and down sometimes causing me to constantly reset.I own my router bought from them for 299. SERVICE I pay for unlimited 119.00 a month .My 5G connection dissapeared several months ago and tech support couldnt help me restore gave me several things to try ,which I did but only able to connect to 2.4G .Called back to ask if there was another fix and they said we will swap router (Again ) then proceeded to cancel my service paid just 7 days ago so I now have nothing ,and when I log into account it shows no active service no payment history and a new bill for 20 dollars. No one answering my numerous messages and now I have no internet and need for work and school ,I will have to find service elsewhere and I'm out all money for equipment bought.I am veteran and a working nurse and they have been rude to me and now messed my life up. They claim veteran owned and operated which is why I chose them but have treated me a fellow veteran horrible.

Dishonesty in compatibility check

I was only allowed to do one phone on a payment plan from Xfinity so I bought the other ones from Motorola same exact unlocked model 2 phones and got payment plan from them but even though I asked first XFINITY mobile tech about doing this after phones arrived the checker says phones not compatible. If I switch sim out of the Galaxy I am buying from Xfinity and currently using both phones work ,but Xfinity wont activate them on my account so I can get the 3 lines deal price which was my reason for changing carriers. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AS THEY ARE JUST saying incompatible to force you to buy only from them.,So sorry I left Tmobile, as I now have the phones I bought for my daughter and husband (they are expecting in March and needed this help)but cant use but still have to pay for before I can sell and still not eligible to get the same damn phones from Xfinity unless I pay full price up front.This should be illegal as there is no where to appeal and the mobile tech staff just repeats same worthless info or worse gets smart with you
