On the whole it was a good experience. From making the initial call to AnyVan- to sort out a couple of queries I had, to waving adios to my sofa and the collection team - who were punctual, polite, professional and super quick. I think the whole visit took about ten minutes.

Throughout, AnyVan had kept me informed of what the process entailed and what I could expect, which was much appreciated. I had absolutely no issues from start to finish and would definitely use their services again.

The delivery team were polite and professional. No complaint.

My overall experience, dealing with dfs, was a very positive and favourable one. Not only was the DFS telephone operative (Louise - Doncaster,) helpful with my initial queries, but the in-store sales associate (Molly - DFS Enfield), was well versed in the furniture ranges on offer.

Going into an actual store was a good feeling. Having trawled, on-line-only-sites, for weeks - never being entirely sure of the true colours presented, or level of comfort I could expect, I finally experienced both and placed an order for my new sofa yesterday. There was a sense of relief entering a store with such an array of options you could actually sit on, and being able to select a sofa not based entirely on guess work.

As yet, I have not used my Bullseye Pro Cordless Trye Inflater and will give feedback once used. Spree TV's on-line ordering process was fairly straightforward. However, I did have to contact them regarding a courier delivery query, which was dealt with capably by their Customer Service operative and thought this deserved a mention.

Straightforward and easy to navigate. Have used Trainline's booking service for the past few years and have alway been confident of a good service.

As usual with Wayfair, it was easy to place my order and there were no problems with delivery. In fact, it was ordered on Saturday and arrived the next day!! I have never had a Sunday delivery before so it was a first + a pleasant surprise. It was also delivered with a smile by the Evri Courier - which isn't always the case. :-)

Previously having explored several other dental clinics I felt I had finally found the right one and made the call to Dental Art. On the day, following the completion of my dental implant procedure, I left the clinic feeling as though I had been given my smile back, thanks to the skill of Dr Furlan Fay. Also, in addition to his lovely Dental Nurse, whose smile was always welcoming, I would like to mention the Customer Service Co-ordinators, who throughout my treatment dealt with my queries helpfully and patiently.

I have only recently stopped smiling impulsively into any passing mirror, to the relief of my concerned family, perhaps fearing for my mental state. I am so pleased I made that initial contact, as I am just loving the end result.

The ordering process was straight forward and delivery was as promised. It was a reliable and quick service so would definitely use WOB again.

Updated Review. In the end decided to Cancel Order due to information not made clear enough in my initial enquiry. As a result I found the process a bit frustrating as the order was under a time constraint.

I recently purchased a JTX Cyclo 6 which has proven to be a sturdy and professional piece of equipment that has managed to meet all my needs without being crazily expensive. The delivery of the bike was quick and efficient and the after sales customer service was first class, especially following a couple of minor problems I had with the seat and a pedal. These parts were promptly dispatched and replaced by an engineer. I am extremely happy with my purchase as well as the excellent and proficient service that was provided from start to finish.
