Excellent all round service from initial visit to the Lichfield showroom, to updates on email right up to install dates, Ordered 2 sets of wardrobes for a new build house, 1 sliding set, 1 opening panelled set - fitted separately over a two week period, of 2days and 1 day instal. Arrived on time, excellently installed and care taken around house due to recent decoration - clean and tidy after install completed and would highly recommend over other online/tv companies. No pressure when visiting showroom, samples provided and free measurement offered before ordering. Great service from start to finish. Many Thanks

Potted my plug plants on arrival, a week ago - from 12 delivered 2 of which were never going to last (1 broke in package and other rotten) I think I'm down to 4 plants still trying to survive.
Was a free offer pay only postage but I'd rather have gone and spent that postage at local garden centre on healthier plants TBH.

Had a 77" TV and soundbar installed onto wall in Living room - Having brought from Another retailer.
Excellent service all round from original point of contact to installation (Details passed onto DDA from TV supplier as requested).
Calls to confirm date and time throughout. Had to change date due to TV delivery but no problem at all. Arrived on time and left room tidy, TV set up with Sky box and Wifi. Would recommend to anyone that needs a professional job done correctly.

Excellent 1 to 1 service in store by Karl @ Solihull Branch, went in wanting a new TV& Soundbar, came out with both although not the model went in with the idea of purchasing...explained pros and cons of models I was looking at, and not pushed one way or the other but having had it now fitted on wall in house made the correct decision. (even if my wallet is lighter)
Must have been in the shop for 1 hour and at no point felt rushed in fact that hour went by pretty fast.
Good deal, delivered on time and today 30/1/23 fitted on wall and all up and working so now just got to get used to it.
Ended up with a 77" LG, its a shame there were no Larger screen models on display I think 55" was the largest (shop limitations I get, but would have been nice maybe for at least 1 of the larger models on display) but good old paper template was brought out for comparison - small issue but not a problem.
Now its on the wall, I'm glad I picked 77", might sound large but doesn't seem oversized in room. (Do homework on correctly sizes for room plenty of info online)
Overall very pleased with product, and service from Karl received on the day.

Great customer service after an issue with incorrect size.
Placed an order with BOX and 1 item shipped being a incorrect size. Contacted and resolved within a week correct size arrived through post.
Excellent customer service in this day of blaming Brexit Covid Etc etc.
