Amateurs, do not use!
We required results within 24 hours for holiday to France. We received an email stating results are ready but no test results.
Despite multiple calls to the helpline who assured us results would be sent before our flights it never happened.
After a sleepness night we had to book one at the airport and only caught our flight with 20 minutes to spare.
72 hours later we still do not have the results!!!
