We are unsure about what you refer to as "fake bills", and we would like to investigate this since we take fraud and scamming allegations quite seriously. We will be sending out a contact form via Trustpilot now following this reply so that we could further inquire about the reasoning for your dissatisfaction with our service and the billing issues.

UPDATE: We reached out using the information provided within the form we sent, however, seeing that it does not provide sufficient information to access your account and look into your billing details, we sent this follow-up email to gather more account-related information, so we can address this accordingly and help if at all possible. We will look forward to hearing back from you.
UPDATE: We noted the details of your billing information in our email sent in private, as no fault was found on our end. We'd like to note that once an account is created with us, and you agree to our Terms and Conditions, they apply to all customers equally, while charges inquired on the account are in alignment with the Order details that were agreed upon.
We do provide our customers with a 30-day satisfaction period in which you are free to close your account with no 30-day notice or termination fees, just let us know that you wish for it to be closed, and charges will only apply to the period of active service you had until you contacted us to terminate the account, while for all account closures after that, we require a minimum 30-day notice, and if you happen to be in a commitment period, and decide to leave your contract earlier than it was supposed to end, the early termination fees are applied as per the Terms and Conditions: https://www.hyperoptic.com/legal/post/terms-of-service/. We explained all of this in more detail and we hope to find mutual understanding.
