I'm a rather new member of trust pilot and the only reason I didn't give one is because trust pilot takes precautions to insure that fair reviews are published by real people. Unfortunately the idea that you have basically one year to publish your review is not good .my personal experience is with Samsung electronics which occurred longer than a year ago but the phone in question I still have and it's still a Samsung Galaxy phone. But I still believe even if I had a iPhone and it wasn't Samsung why not publish it ? Maybe I or any member just decided to write a review or wasn't able a few years ago. Also the fact that there are no real upload of pics of places is odd for a online review which prides itself on authentication. Thanks for the fast response from the trust pilot team i have decided to give 5 stars I'm not 100% satisfied with the response but definitely satisfied trust pilot is paying attention.

My start of reviewing was with Google reviews. Recently I became a local guide and have had a interesting experience. Some companies respond but it's mostly automated and they don't really have any intention to work to resolve issues. But some are really good and will reach out to the reviewer personally. No doubt about it on Google I have had the most responses. Google also allows you to critique ! I have not once been denied a publish and I have made more than a few negative reviews on the Google reviews. I believe Google reviews and trust pilot is the best and yelp is also helpful.

My wife and my first ever cruise had been with virgin .now we are on our 3rd our mistake I'm being told is started at the top. Because our 2nd cruise was carnival food was horrible all is in my review of carnival here on trust pilot. 3rd was Norwegian cruise mechanical issues and ect also in my reviews. Virgin is smaller and more personalized . It was also all adult. The food was amazing on virgin and everyday was a new different restaurant! And all day food our ship was called the scarlet lady and that was December of 2023 September of 2025 virgin had a party for the new ship brilliant lady .300 for two open bar and pick of a restaurant. It stayed docked in ny harbor but gave the feeling of being on the high seas . It was a little more pricey than the other two but the experience priceless.

My experiences with chase have mostly been good up until recently .my wife and I returned from a trip to Bermuda. While there I had to withdraw Bermuda currency. I still had 50 dollars Bermuda dollars left so I tried two chase banks in the vicinity of my job. Both kindly refused to exchange the currency. I called customer service and the representative told me it was each branch discretion to accept or not and advised me to call banks in my neighborhood. I did send a email asking if I could be notified of a branch that accepts the money but to no avail.

I walked into this capital one at 61 bway expecting not so good experience but was pleasantly surprised. It's attached to a capital one cafe and it's really nice . I walked in looking to see if I could exchange my Bermuda currency after a recent trip to Bermuda. I walked in and there were about 4 reps greeting me I was escorted in and unfortunately I did not have a bank account with them or they would have helped me further . I didn't go in the Cafe but would recommend trying it out.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a company called cruise critic because the word critic is Greek basically meaning one who can make judgments. There are actually two sides one who is very negative or one who is more thoughtful and fair but both are critics . I attempted to write a review of my wife and my trip to Bermuda. Bermuda was wonderful but the cruise was not. I rated it 1 which is terrible. The next day I was sent a email stating I went on about one issue so they didn't publish it. I noticed today 10/10 25 cruise critic published a few reviews all good lol.i actually reviewed Norwegian which is the ship in question on a few sites including this great one trust pilot ! And the only one that didn't publish was cruise critic!

I walked into this shake shack at 1700 Broadway 53street attempting to purchase a side item along with a liberty team game promotion of a hamburger. My wife has season tickets. When I walked in it reminded me of the department of motor vehicles with all of the standing around with stress faces. Oddly enough there was no lines just people waiting for food. I walked up and showed the cashier my liberty email which stated a free hamburger with the purchase of an item and to show the email or ticket. The cashier asked for a ticket and I left. I wrote a review and shake shack responded and sent me a credit of 10 $ I redeemed it and still had to pay one dollar an 62cents. I went back about a month later and this time there were less people standing around but unfortunately the cashier had her back turned away from the customers. I waited for at least 3min when the same cashier from my previous encounter walked up and I once again showed her the email she again asked for the ticket. I left. I was informed by management that basically they reserved the right to ask for a ticket along with the email .

I believe there is speculation that the consumer financial protection is not on the job but my experience have been positive! In the last two months I have filed complaints with this agency against a debt collector and against a bank . It's been mixed results but both times within 15 days the companies responded. now you may not like the companies response but you could get some clarity. And the agency will publish your complaints on the website and if need be contact another agency to help you.

I recently switched from Verizon to tmoble for my phone service. Tmoble has a plan that includes phone service and internet if you are 55 years of age or older that's a lot more affordable. My wife had optimum/Altice for our internet needs. So we were able to also switch from optimum to tmoble in one shot. My wife returned the equipment to optimum and received a receipt. The next billing cycle we received a bill when my wife called customer service/ billing she was told because she failed to call a particular number she could not end service and we will get billed until she did. I wrote a review on Google and their brand reviews responded and stated that to leave this internet company you had to call a disconnect number when I asked again they said it was a retention number . They finally gave me one number for both retention and disconnect! Just recently we finally was set free from optimum/Altice USA

I have been participating in publisher's clearance house for almost 20 years I never once purchased any items from the massive showcase they have . I only played some games sweepstakes ect . Eventually becoming VIP one day a few years ago I got a call from pch and the woman on the other line stated I won. She never said what but transferred me to another women who flat out told me to purchase about 300.00 worth of items . I refused and she hung up. If you find the games entertaining then continue but keep in mind pch had a recent bankruptcy and some prior winners are having some problems. Ps . I stopped playing.

I walked into this td bank on 62street and broadway to inquire if they would exchange Bermuda currency to American money due to a recent vacation my wife and I took . When I first walked in I noticed a customer service booth but no one was at service? There were two people on the line and a woman behind the desk that glared at me when I walked in. A man who looked like he may work at the bank was standing next to the woman behind the desk. When she finished with the first customer she said with a smile or interest how can I help you at that point I walked out .

I applied for a loan with best egg a few years ago. It was fast and easy .you can also have two loans out at once which is very rare until best egg the only other place I knew you could have two loans out was voya financial and they are mostly a retirement investment institution. Customer service is good and no long waits on the phone.

I played the online lottery game exclusively with jackpocket until they became affiliated with draft kings and ruined the experience. So I decided to try jackpot.com. the first thing I noticed was it was more expensive to play than the other site also they don't give credit incentives to continue playing like the other site used to. It was also a little confusing how to receive your money if you decided to cash in your winnings . So I stopped hopefully someone will capitalize on the good and bad from both and create a really good online lottery game site!

The cruise started out bad! Because of mechanical issues the ship was experiencing coming to NY terminal on September 24th 2025 the ship didn't leave for Bermuda until 2am while waiting my wife and I began to drink and was forced to pay the taxes because we were delayed in NY. The same night and every night after 11pm there is no options for food except room service which is a extra charge. We didn't get to Bermuda until sunset 6pm and missed the free ferry so we were forced to pay for a cab which was 120.00 American! We did receive a on-board credit 100 but between the taxes and gratuity......and the only other thing they gave us was sorry better luck next time ? There won't be a next time!

Before jackpocket merged with draft kings it was a great game NOW under draft kings its terrible! They were trying to force me to give them a bank statement and take a pic of my driver's license? After in June jackpocket under draft kings instructed me to update my account

I had a loan with upgrade for my last year carnival cruise. It was fast and easy I paid it off .recently I applied for a loan for 1000 dollars I was approved I was told to link my checking account/bank account with a Mastercard account they use for the loan process. I did that and the next day they ask for a bill ? And a few hours later they seem to abandon the bill and ask for a bank statement? This was Sept 1st since every day I have received a email asking for the bank statement while my link with this company and the sharing of information is continually? The last loan I had I was told to link accounts in which I did and the Mastercard account number still exists and has been updated? And to make matters worse they take 250.00 off the top so it would be 750.00 smh disappointed!

When I first joined jackpocket it was great on my years anniversary they gave me credits and on my birthday but recently beginning in June I was prompted to update my account. When I did I was told by email something didn't look right
And my account was locked ! There is no customer service number and I sent several emails on to keep generating more and more complaint numbers I stopped at 7 and to add salt to the wounds draft kings emailed me asking for my checking account number? and a pic of me with my driver's license? Be warned ⚠️

Last year on my wife's birthday July 5 we booked a cruise with carnival after going on our first cruise with virgen. First I made an arrangement for the crew to sing happy birthday after our dinner they forgot and we were sitting there a long time and it was unpleasant because it was supposed to be a surprise. We also were late for the show afterwards. The food was barely edible and the eggs had a strange taste not sure what thar was about?. They served bacon once during breakfast and at the departure they ran out of coffee and I was forced to buy 5$ cold coffees. I tried nearly every thing to have carnival compensate me or comp me towards another cruise to no avail what's worse they're responses were all in email we became sick on the last day and it felt like a stomach virus in one of the emails the admitted several people became ill during and after the cruise. Beware this cruise!

Hello I received the card balance due to a booster shot vaccination. The first time it was sent their was a mistake and the card was resent ? I emailed customer service and the response was we cant help but the card should work soon. A few days later the card balance showed 100 dollars. But i cannot download the card to my Google account and now im still waiting for the physical card to be sent to my address? Its been 3 weeks? I hope some day i can use the funds! Just disappointed!
