Very delayed delivery - weeks after ordering ( and PAYING !). I ran out of fuel for my Rayburn CH and had to source alternative things ( at own expense )
Very late delivery so ran out of my heating fuel. Yea o

Inappropriate delivery placement
I was away for 2 days when this delivery was done but my instructions were to leave it in the garage beside the lane / house. Instead I found it on my front path ( ie neither under cover nor concealed from public view ). Besides obstructing the path for postman etc it was left outside, unprotected from the rain. Being a cardboard box containing kiln dried firewood this was disappointing to say the least !
