Good product but let down by Evri
The product is fine but the delivery was very poor. Over a week to get from North London to Kent!!

Dear Tony, we are so sorry to hear about the delay with Evri.
Generally they do provide a decent service and allow us to keep our shipping costs down, especially with the type of goods we send (long tubes and boxes)
However we totally understand your frustration when the service is not up to par.
If you wish to take a moment to put a review on their Trustpilot, along with your shipping number, they may be able to offer an explanation for the long delay with your delivery.
