From start to finish Cheshire Removals were really helpful and supportive. Their preliminary visit was reassuring and we had a very smooth removal from Cheshire to Hampshire.
The removal men were great and nothing was too much trouble for them. This was a hard move and a long day which was made much easier by the cheerful staff.

I ordered a selection of clothes in the sale early in January. A couple of days later I received an email saying one item was unavailable despite being able to order it. The other three items never arrived. All the items I wanted are now out of stock so I cannot reorder.

During busy periods, orders are moving through our systems at such a fast pace it can sometimes cause stock levels to become inconsistent which meant that when our team in our distribution centre went to pick your order, they discovered items out of stock.
I am so sorry that your order then sadly has gone missing in the post. This is not the level of service that we pride ourselves on.
