Disappointed
We ordered 9 chairs in total, and decided to return 1 and upgrade to a better model, more expensive chair. Office Furniture have not refunded us the full amount of one chair, which is disappointing due to the size of the order.
In a competitive market, we'll now find another supplier

We are very sorry that you feel that way. We did make you aware in writing of the charges and you had given no indication that you were unhappy. As you know we offer FREE delivery on all products , sadly we do have to charge the costs involved in returns when a customer decides they don't want to keep the product. This only covers our costs in ensuring the goods are returned to us safely.
This is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions that you will have agreed to at time of purchase.
