Bad service

Ordered the SIM card and when wanted to activate it noticed that I didn’t get an email with the info from simyo. Contacted the customer service and was surprised, it turned of I filled a wrong email address during registration, but to get my email address changed they wanted me to provide my ID.
Be aware, it looks like the company is trying to steal you personal data.
Loose my time and money

For security reasons, changing an email address is only possible by providing a copy of your ID. You can make a secure copy of your ID using the Rijksoverheid KopieID app.

Shitiest company ever

Shitiest company ever. I had to pay 600€ and didn’t get any client. you have to pay for the phone number even if you not sure the person who shares the phone number is not the bot
