CHINA FRAUD! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, instead they sent me fake package with some awful hat in it.
They are not returning my money, but try to compensate only a fraction of the money, so they can get free money. Reported as fraud to VISA.
They don't even have the items listed in the shop, so DON'T order anything!

Mielestäni voisivat ilmoittaa sivustolla, että tänne suomeen arviot toimitusajasta ovat n. 2 viikkoa, jos renkaat löytyvät varastosta. Renkaat OK, toimitus tuli 2 viikossa suoraan rengasasentajalle (Euromaster).

I'm very much normally sized man and no matter the amount of lubrication, there is no way I can get it inside this device without it hurting a lot and even then the device doesn't have the power to move at all, so it's unusable.
All of the devices are made for Chinese men and don't fit European men standard size.
Customer service is horrible as they don't even give you address for returning items, so the 14 day return and cashback by law doesn't seem to be a problem for them.
Don't waste your money on these Chinese products.

Smile 3 trollers have manufacturing fault and Britax can't send a new troller to replace the fault one, so if you can't afford to buy 2 trollers (while waiting for replacement), then you're stuck with the faulty one. Terrible customer service.
