Absolutely awful experience with this…

Absolutely awful experience with this company. I bought multiple outfits for a gig. One pair of jeans came stained which baffles me how they were even sent out like that. Disgusting. I placed my return and have forgotten to return one of the items in the bag. I have contacted the team by two separate channels and cannot get through to anyone human to ask for a new returns note to return this item.

After 6 days, I have had a response from a robot telling me that I need to speak to Debenhams because that's where I ordered from. That is not true, I ordered off the NastyGal website. Just because you own multiple companies and the references are given to match where the orders ship from, does not mean I can not go through the website I ordered from, that is your admin error!!!!

I need a new returns note so that I can return my unwanted item and NEVER have to deal with this company again.

Seems like the whole debenhams, nastygal, PLT, Boohoo world is crumbling as each experiences with these companies are getting worse.

Sort it out!!!!!

Absolutely shocking service from a…

Absolutely shocking service from a company I always use. Received my parcel 26/07 and opened to find a faulty top which is a shame because I loved the style. I created a return for my full order bar two items on 08.08 and included the faulty description of the product. Took my parcel to THREE different Inpost lockers and was told I had a faulty QR code. I contacted PLT last Thursday to which I received a response 6 days later saying their returns policy has changed without advising customers and I can no longer return the items. To be crystal clear, legally you have 28 days to return your items. 14 days to advise the company you wish to return the items and 14 days to return them after the day you advised you wished to return your order (As you will see on the gov.uk website. The T's and C's on the website for PLT are misleading for that reason and the terminology refers to a cancellation not return to try dodge this fact. It's illegal and the lead time for a response from PLT is appalling and clearly has gone downhill massively. SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!!! massive exploitation

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with returning your items.

Our return policy changed from 28 days to 14 days back in February 2025, so, at the time of your order, the return policy was 14 days, not 28 days. When you ordered from us, you agreed to our terms and conditions, meaning you agreed that you had 14 days to return to us from the delivery date. The timeframes you have referenced above relates to the cancellation of contract for goods and services, which is separate from a normal return process.

I can see that this returns issue has been resolved by our customer service team, and the refund for the return has been processed.

Preston- not so great.

Lovely gorgeous building. The houmous starter was lovely. Unfortunately the mains were extremely poor, despite being sent back, the order came back out and was simply awful.

The manager was absolutely lovely so thank you to her for being great and thank you for helping resolve this.

Witnessed an awful bashing of a…

Witnessed an awful bashing of a customer yesterday from a manager in your Preston store. Poor family left their trolley full of things they wanted to buy in the place that an assistant told them to leave it, for the manager to lose her mind at them and then tell them to leave. Myself and many other witnesses were absolutely shocked at the unprofessionalism and awful tone used towards this family who had a small child with them. This was clearly backed by a racist, prejudice manager with too much power. I would seriously rethink who you have working in that position as that was absolutely awful to watch from the outside and after speaking with the family member who was asked to leave, it was apparent she was clearly distressed with a young child. Poor woman. Shame I didn’t get the name of the manager. This needs looking into. I can hand on my heart say that the man talking to the manager spoke calmly and then met the manager with the same tone as she was using towards them.

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered puma snowboots and got sent puma football boots (kids) returned in November using the portal and only given Evri as an option. Sent via Evri and kept the blue ticket from the parcelshop. Now they cannot find the order and won’t give me a refund stating that the card given from parcel shop is not the correct receipt???? It’s the only one they give you. When you ask which is the correct one they cannot give you an answer. I asked to complain further and was told I was not allowed to complain. Ended the chat and spoke to someone else who put me through to a manager who ended the chat instantly. Not only that, they are charging me for a product that was never received. I have got retail ADR involved and will be seeking legal advice as this is extortion. Making someone return using a service which they say isn’t adequate and then charging them for the wrong product. Foul play and very very sneaky.

Not great delivery

Not great delivery. Shampoo had leaked all over the box, as did the setting spray. Sent an email to complaints and received no response. Not the best service this time unfortunately.

Received a faulty jumper and contacted customer service. Jamie resolved my problem immediately, refunding my order and then offering me a discount code for next time. What a fantastic example of customer service. I will definitely be ordering again. Other companies should take a leaf out of this book!
