Please read this before committing to order something from them!!!
I had looked at the Garmin Fenix 7 Pro on their website, and even put it in a cart, but then found better deal and not proceeded with purchase.
However i had been contacted by the sales team representative few times saying that they can match the price, and I decided to go with them.
they were rushing me to place an order as " Last item is in stock" I did paid instantly and got a order confirmation on 12 Feb. That was the only email I got from them - apart of few marketing emails in a day.
sales Rep assured that it will be shipped immediately and I can expect it within few days.
After the payment had been sent all the proactive behaviour disappeared and I have to chase their CS constantly for update, as did not had a shipment confirmation, but anniversary date was heading closer.
They were saying they have problems with shipping from Garmin, then the shipment were lost, then a lot of other excuses. And this is now, when delivery of the goods from supplier take 1 or max 2 days as Garmin have a UK warehouse.
I'm extremely disappointed and blame myself that I trusted C W Sellors instead of paying fe ££ more and order at the Garmin website.
So far it is almost a month since purchase and I still chasing them, now regarding the refund.

Great offer 110% APR!
Youlend was a great option of Capital lending at the beginning, however over the time they does developed to worse side, and last two times I took a loan for eBay capiltal it was all problematic as one sales drop a bit they start panicking and request a lump payment, also the Plaid link to account is constantly being broken which was resulting in them not able to take a %% payments as planned, but instead of letting me know about an issue they were sitting quiet until the sum is quite high, and then requesting the lump sum, which is not great for cashflow. However at that moment the APR was reasonable.
Then they partnered with Amazon and sent me an invitation for a Lending for 168K, however then came back that they cannot offer lending due to "high balance with another lender" (this was about £20K , and it is always paid within a week or two, as they can see from the bank account), and also a cost example was showing £37K cost of the £162K loan, and considering considering business monthly turnover in excess of £300K and 30% taken from sales this loan maturity would hardly be more than 3 month. This is a ridiculous 110% APR!!!!!
It does look they now only target on to the dodgy businesses who desperately require money whatever the cost of lending is. and probably first few times good offers was just a catch

Absolutely unprofessional!
Company purchased the business capital loan from Asto.
As per my contract i wanted to pay the loan earlier to save on the interest.
Over 2 month gone since my first contact attempt, 7 emails and still no reply. No contact details available, no phone number and not answering emails.
The last resort is to contact the FOS what i probably will have to do now!!!
