I'm delighted with my sofas very well made and great quality they look amazing in my sitting room
But would have gave dusk 5 star service was great until I was let down badly with Rhenus delivery they arranged a delivery date and time with me on the 21/11 and they failed to deliver the sofas , there was no way I could contact them no contact phone numbers
I also found it very difficult to speak to a person from dusk to find our from Rhenus what was happening
Found this very stressful
10 days later Rhenus emailed me again with a delivery date and the sofas were delivered Monday 2/12
The delivery driver said the sofas were in the depot at Coatbridge
And had been there since before the first delivery date.
