Excellent service from Sheahan’s

Excellent service from Sheahan’s. Ordered a bbq and it was delivered the next day to Dublin. Great after sales service too. I went to Woodies to buy the gas and they didn’t know which one would suit. Rang Sheahan’s while I was there and they couldn’t have been more helpful to get it sorted. Lovely to see that there is still good customer service in today’s fast paced world. It is much appreciated.

Issue with alarm

Had an issue with the alarm and I want to take a moment to share some very positive feedback regarding the engineer, Adam Campion, who assisted me with my PhoneWatch alarm.

He called both yesterday and this morning to ensure everything was working properly, and I was genuinely impressed by his attention to detail and the level of care he demonstrated. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, and his professionalism really stood out.

It is rare to see someone so young who takes such pride in their work and shows such genuine concern for customers. He is a real credit to PhoneWatch, and they are very lucky to have him on their team.

I bought a top for my son for…

I bought a top for my son for Christmas. It did not fit him and brought it back to the Swords branch to exchange for a smaller size. I was told by a member of the floor staff that they were not doing refunds or exchanges until the 29th December because they were too busy with the sales. Very disappointed with their lack of customer care. They had no regard for a customer who had already bought from them. Their concern was with new customers and their sales.
