Review of Loop Earplugs

My product haven’t arrived

The day after I bought some Experience plus 2 earplugs, I get an email saying that my package has been shipped and I was given a link to Dao where I can track the shipment. When I go to the link, there is no status on the shipment, not even that it has been received by Dao as it usually says. I then entered the tracking-number into Dao's app and it says that this tracking-number does not exist. Even though the emails from Loop says that the package will be delivered latest 13may. I then went to Trustpilot and read some of the bad reviews and it is exactly the same situation as I am in now.
I have payed for a product that has not arrived and it seems like a scam
I really hope the product will arrive soon

UPDATE: Loop has answered my review on trustpilot and says that they have sent me a request on mail so they can help me. I have not received an mail from them and I have tried to write to them but only an AI chatbot is responding and says that I will be transfered to talk with a real person, that has not happened. Really bad service and I do not recommend bying from Loop

Utilfreds med produkt men fin kundeservice og refundering

Købte en Privacy panser glas, efter jeg havde taget den på telefonen fandt jeg ud af at det er matte overflade som jeg ikke var så glad for. Synes det var ærgerligt at der ikke stod noget i beskrivelsen om det når man købt den men at man først fandt ud af det bagefter.
Havde lidt svært ved at få kontakt til kundeservice men det lykkedes og endte med at jeg kunne få pengene tilbage🙂
