Really hassle free service. Drop off and collection with all items needed. Pool was great I picked the Mia via tranquility pool! It was a great size, amazing pain relief!

Customer service have stopped replying to email. Been emailing for over a month now. Dresses not received and I have paid ALOT of money for these for a special cruise. Still no reply or refund

Hi Frances, I can see we responded to you the same day you sent an email. Your order had been dispatched as you can see from the tracking I have sent, the package was lost in transit once picked up from the courier which is why we had to open an investigation, we did refund you in the meantime.
