I Broke Down on the Motorway

Broke Down on Motorway - Would Not Attend
I broke down on the M3 and called the AA for assistance. Was told I had to use my keypad to get assistance. I did this and was told I was not a member of the AA. I got home several hours later and checked and I was a member so was left on the M3 motorway stranded with no assistance. WTF !
I was emailed by the AA that my renewal came up and the premium had doubled despite having not used the service.
I replied by email saying I would not not be renewing and had confirmation from the AA that they had received my email. 5 weeks later the AA took almost £300 from my account despite me saying I would not be renewing.
4 years ago I called them out when my van would not start when about 4 miles from home … it took them 6 hours to come to the van. The service provided is no longer worth the hassle or cost of being a member. To be honest it’s quite appalling !

SCAM / FRAUD COMPANY

SCAM / FRAUD COMPANY - they send inferior counterfeit goods then you try to get your money back. Your bank won’t help you, so you must go to the Banking Ombudsman and report your experience within 6 months. Then your Bank will then U turn and give you a refund. Then you can leave and boycott your bank and associated companies for the stress and BS they put you through.

Went to the Sutton Branch today.
Will and Dave were particularly helpful in helping me pay and load items into the van.
Friendly, professional, courteous and very helpful. Made the experience a good one and a good start to the day.

I bought a McLaren from Redline …

I bought a McLaren from Redline and dealt with Ben Brook and Aaron. The service was friendly, professional and helpful. I found them to be honest, truthful and did what they said they would do which is what people always worry about when buying a car. They even took the car to McLaren for a paid inspection at my request for peace of mind.
I am 100% happy with car I purchased from Redline and the service I received and would happily purchase another car from them. Incidentally I have driven numerous Ferrari’s over the years the most recent being the F8 and rate the McLaren over the F8. I’m very happy with my purchase and felt the car offered good value for money compared to similar models for sale elsewhere. 10/10 thank Ben and Aaron 👍👏🏻👌
