I looked up massage guns and the number one was Theraonepro company.
i ordered 2 guns and ended up with 5 and paying for 5. The number for customer services just rings out and no answer and the email is just giving me automated bull shit.
Apparently cant cancel(even though only ordered 5 mins ago) as its already out for shipment!!
Absuolute rubbish

I don't really even want to give 1 star! Ordered 2 gillets on 6th December as Xmas presents for my parents. They arrived on the 24th December and both were faulty
On trying to find a way to return these items, I was told the warehouse is closed and not accepting returns for 3 weeks.
They then sent me another gillet that I didn't ask for and I now am waiting to here how and when I can return them
I live abroad and my mum is a carer and cant cope with hassle of returns.
I have never experienced anything like this and DO NOT RECOMMEND this company at all
I am beginning to believe they are a SCAM
I have tried calling - no answer.
I joined a "live chat" and get no response.
I am being constantly "fobbed off" via email!!

I bought this item whilst staying in the UK. It stated that it would be delivered the next day.
It wasn't delivered until a few days after I returned to Dubai so I wont be able to use it until February when I next return
If I had known delivery would take so long, I would not have purchased
