Mould and broken items - being ghosted by company
Stayed at one of the properties. Mouldy items in the living room. Some lights not working. Broken units in kitchen. Fridge door storage missing. Freezer iced up. Shower not working. Shower screen seal absolutely disgustingly mouldy and dirty. Described as for 5 guests. Seating for 4. Garden and outside furniture in disrepair.
Absolute cheek to ask for a £300 damage deposit with all that in mind.
I have put in a complaint and asked for a partial refund for accommodation and cleaning fee. They said they would investigate and have since ghosted me on numerous emails.
Do not stay at a property managed by this company.
Update: they have now emailed stating that they have advised previously (I have an email trail so that’s a lie) that they can’t offer compensation.
