Bought a watch for my son a few days ago. Brian was really helpful and replied promptly to my queries. Great customer service and item delivered efficiently and in great condition. Brian even threw in a complimentary polish as it was his first watch. Thank you- my son is very happy! Highly recommend 🙌
Review of Concepto Clinic
Myself and my five colleagues had no symptoms but thought we would get tested after having attended a Christmas get together. We went for the urgent same day test. We had also booked NHS tests on the same day. The guy doing the swab at Conceptoclinic did not put the swab far back enough. All our results were negative but the NHS results came back positive. I have written without avail to discuss this with the clinical manager. Very disappointed.
