Laser removal did not work and far more focused on money than results

I bought ten sessions in 2020 and was advised in my first sessions that the breaks the lockdowns had caused would not affect the results. However, after all of the sessions, I have seen disappointing and limited results (max 40%/50%). I’m now c.12 weeks after my last session and the hair grows back very quickly and is not much thinner (and I’ve been left with long term pigmentation!). When I mentioned this at my last session, I was told it was due to the breaks I had at the beginning and that I would have to pay for three more sessions to make up for it. This felt particularly ridiculous when I would not have booked my first three sessions when lockdowns were still an imminent risk if I knew this was the case. Alongside this, the therapist tried to persuade me to pay for my legs to be done (despite also telling me it wouldn’t work on fair hair!).

Overall, I’ve been extremely unimpressed by the quality of the service and I’ve felt there’s a strong focus on money for the business and not results. It almost feels like a scam as it’s advertising false results and I’ve recommended that friends and colleagues avoid it.

My return item was never collected

I ordered a dress in July that did not fit so I immediately requested a return. I was advised that UPS would contact in 3 days and collect the item. I was never contacted by UPS and no one ever tried to collect. I have contacted ten times since, by email, phone and WhatsApp, and each time Uterque have just tried to tell me UPS will collect. On my last call, I was assured that the relevant department would contact, but they did not and I just got another email telling me that a new refund request had been raised. We are now five months on and I am £155 down. Appalling service - if UPS is at fault, then uterque should raise it with them and refund the money in the meantime, or at least make more effort.
