This is the worst company's customer service I have dealt with. A phone call promised so much regarding the liner which somehow leaked water into the walls (which is an issue in the drop-down bar). I will never buy from them again.

Could not set up on either laptop. Went through all the instructions. Could not access the web site and my email request for refund cannot be processed.
Review of Transdirect
I am deaf which resulted in a delay, this could possibly have been avoided if driver had rang my phone as it was after normal hours when they arrived to pick up parcel. Once the parcel was picked up excellent service. I would use again and ask for the driver picking up to phone if no-one answers the door.

I'm so sorry to hear you had difficulties in receiving your freight. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the driver will contact you via phone on arrival as this is not a service we offer.
May I suggest delivery to an alternative address or providing specific authority to leave options?
