Company is first class

Company is very professional in it's approach. Website excellent very informative of products to enable you to select the correct product. Delivery is swift. Would like to see a cheaper delivery option choice. Standard is pricey at a fiver. Think a cheaper option would encourage more people to buy single items more as it does up the cost of a product.

Good deal on two wooden outdoor chairs which includes free seat pads. Simple ordering process full communication from seller as regards order progress. Items arrived very promptly. Chairs lifted straight from box no assembly required. Feel sturdy and well made.

Good website with plenty of choice. Good communication following purchase and prompt delivery. Unfortunately the slippers were to small. I ordered a 10 a size 10 was delivered but fit was about an 8. Fuss free returns.

Went to return a pair of boots to…

Went to return a pair of boots to retailer who had supplied the QR code only to find no free lockers locally closest with limited space was over 8 miles away. Given this was half eleven on a Monday morning not impressed with the fact no lockers were available. Followed it up the following day when company site said locker's were available. QR code didn't work. The system is good so long as it's operated better

Overall purchase was fine let down by…

Overall purchase was fine let down by the courier chosen by retailer. Confused messages one from retailer saying it was on it's way another from courier they were waiting for it? Customer services was helpful to a point with me agreeing to wait a few days. Further to this I'm now having to return the boots as they are falling apart after less than 2 months wear.
