Ordered an electric wheelchair, wasn’t quite right for my 91 year old mother in law; and they immediately offered a refund or exchange. Swapped for another that they had, works well for my mother in law. Great service, during and post purchase, would highly recommend and would use them again. Also, great value, and significantly cheaper than many comparable chairs.
