We bought a tree from Green Bubble with…

We bought a tree from Green Bubble with high hopes, but it quickly turned into a frustrating and costly experience. Shortly after planting, the tree lost all its leaves. A specialist confirmed it was infected with a fungus – clearly a hidden issue that must have existed at the time of delivery.
Despite investing in fertilizers and fungicides, and having to spray chemicals near our living room where our three children play, Green Bubble refused any form of compensation. They simply pointed to a 14-day reporting window, ignoring the fact that such a problem only becomes visible over time.
This is not how you treat customers who trusted your product and tried everything to save it. No empathy, no accountability. We won’t be ordering again – and we strongly advise others to think twice.

I ordered from Krüger Dirndl and tried…

I ordered from Krüger Dirndl and tried to return an item that was still in its original packaging, just a few days past the 14-day return window. Unfortunately, they were not flexible at all and refused to accept the return. I expected more understanding and customer service, especially given the condition of the item.

Thank you for sharing your experience.

Unfortunately, we are not exempt from being affected by delays in production as we are a sustainable brand and our garments are handcrafted. In order to give our customers a quality product, we are working with small and local businesses and these factories are not used to such a high volume of production. That's why sometimes our garments may be oversold, we apologize for that.

We try as much as possible to plan and inform, but sometimes it can go out of our hands.
