The initial chord pack seemed useful when you want some quick inspiration.
However, then they started to send me text messages at 2am in the morning, when my baby and I were trying to sleep.
As it suggestion, I replied STOP. This did not work and they kept sending them weeks later (and charged me on my phone bill each time I replied STOP).

I tried emailing customer support and the only thing I received was an automated reply saying someone will respond in 1 business day.
2 weeks passed and still nothing so I emailed again but still I'm being ignored. Terrible "customer support".

The company feel like a fraud so I'd think carefully before buying or engaging with them...

Good reviews, but not good first impressions so far with myself.
Tried to call up and was told I would get a call back. Still not received. Then tried calling again today and the automated voice basically just said to email.
No thanks. I'll just go with someone else that actually cares and is likely to be able to help me when we actually need it during the surveying.
