Damaged goods sent out - a previous Amazon RMA item

Placed order on 10th July. Took ages to acknowledge order. Goods were delivered to our neighbour whilst we were away on holiday. When we opened the package the item was clearly second hand - the cover over the chip socket was loose in the packet and the pins underneath were damaged, rendering the motherboard itself useless. The frame of the board was distorted and additional pins on the side of the board were distorted. An Amazon returns authorisation was included in the box presumably from where it had been previously returned. Goods were not of merchantable quality. Received an RMA and returned goods on 2nd August. Still waiting to be advised if we are going to receive a replacement!

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Judy was absolutely brilliant and so helpful with her suggestions and guidance both in the showroom and when she came to measure up. Installer was a delight, on time, efficient, courteous, tidy and did a fabulous job. The wardrobe looks amazing and finishes the room off perfectly.

Fantastic Guildford Store

What an amazing store. Great to have such an extensive range of furniture on display to actually test for comfort and size. We were served by Fatma who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant, meaning that we were able to tailor our order to our exact requirements. We will definitely be back.

Wrong goods sent and lack of service

Ordered Adidas x ghosted.1 TF, size 8.5, received Nike Air Force 1 size 5.5. Contacted customer service who said to send them back which we did on 24th November following their instructions. Royal Mail tracking confirmed delivery successful on 26th November. To date no response from customer service, so they have our money and we have no shoes. We contacted customer service today via live chat and they said they could not find anything on our order number so to contact customer services by email, which we have done. Will wait to see how long it takes for them to come back to us, but at present there is a complete lack of service. Will update should we receive a response.
