Waste of time! Go elsewhere. Purchased a high end washer/dryer through their site. Neither was delivered and the dryer was just canceled with no explanation. I took off work for the delivery. Claimed item was out of stock but still listed at higher price with 8 available. The customer service is just lame apologies with no solutions.
Total sham, I would stay away. Did not honor online price. After I sent the iPhone 14 Pro was contacted and offered $352 instead of the quoted price $607. I was told there were "heavy" scratches on the phone. The phone has never been used without a case. I produced pictures of the phone before it was sent in and the online quote for the $607. More excuses were emailed and they kept trying to negotiate on the price. Regardless, I had no faith in them and requested the phone be returned. Finally, after weeks the phone was returned but without the original box and accessories. Horrible experience and I would not trust them.

We mention on our website that our Flawless cosmetic condition is for devices with no signs of wear on the screen or body of the device that can be seen with the naked eye and good condition devices show light signs of wear that cannot be seen more than 8 inches away.
We mentioned in our email to you that unfortunately, due to a few scratches on the screen and body that could be felt with a fingernail, your order was graded into our Fair condition category. We specifically differentiate between Good and Fair condition categories on our website by noting whether the scratch can be felt with a fingernail when lightly brushed against the present scratch. We are always happy to provide photos of our findings and additional support to our customers regarding their orders as well as free fast returns for customers that are dissatisfied for any reason. I am very sorry that we proceeded with your return without making additional efforts to ensure that you were more satisfied with your evaluation and transaction.
