The online experience was great… polar opposite to the in-store experience which was terrible. Complete lack of attention, staff members stinking of cigarettes, chatting away while customers were left to their own devices. Very unprofessional and disappointing!

I bought one of the beautiful Buffalo scarves as a gift to myself! Everything about both the product and the AcaciaZuri experience have been brilliant! There has been so much thought put into every detail of the scarf… the quality of the silk and finishing, the incredibly beautiful design, not to mention the sustainable packaging which is is stunning in itself! What a treat it is! Acacia has been wonderfully helpful and friendly to deal with, I am very indecisive and she was great at advising me on my own gift purchase and about future purchases for gifts for friends and family!
