Unsuitable delivery timeslot
The gentleman delivering was friendly and helpful and shared my concern. The delivery timing was poor - this is a delivery to a shop and I expected it to coincide with our opening times, luckily I saw the email before I left home and hurried to leave earlier, the delivery wasn't right at the beginning of the window, otherwise there would have been nobody there to receive the parcel.
