Very poor website, you book a time slot pocket all your items you want & then in the check out & your time & date has changed a lot later, has happened enough times for me to fill this review & I am not even going to bother trying again either Tesco again
Review of Niantic
The pokemon go gameplay when it works is simplistic but ok, the issues are there are players that cheat to force people off the game by taking over full cities constantly for YEARS, seems really poor ethics to support bullying in any form, also Niantic seem to not care about anything but problems that lost items bought with real money, which I was reimbursed but other players that had the same issue but hadn't bought the items where told basically 'tough refresh your game

Updated. The redeem points doesn't
work & Customer service say it works for him so it must work for me 🙄doesn't seem to know his bottom from their elbow also sent me a 6 word reply, " there is no plans for a restock" & then they put them back on next day, though someone did come back to me out of the blue apologised for another operator I had dealt with & sorted a brilliant replacement from another query thanks guys much appreciated, all in all ok but clearly need to do some customer service training courses or something & repair the redeem system
