I love the products, but I did not recieve them. You should be doing something to avoid customs for customers. It should be in the price of the product. This way, everything is stuck in customs, and after almost a month I have not recieve my package

I am very sorry that you have not received your items. I have tracked your parcel, which was dispatched soon after ordering, and it seems that DHL are waiting for you to contact them.
Unfortunately we are not responsible for customs charged. These are collected by the courier on behalf of your government.
It is stated, when ordering, that you, the customer, will be liable for these charges.
