Pinceles de calidad pero demasiado caros
I gave it 1 star because I had a problem. I decided to try their brushes on the recommendation of other professional painters. Despite the high price, I was looking for quality brushes. To my surprise, upon receiving the shipment, I had to pay an additional €24 for customs duties. I'm very sorry, but even though the brushes themselves seem good to me based on what I've used them so far, I think there are other options of equal quality for a more affordable price. I'm a professional miniature painter and I use brushes intensively. I think they're a very good, high-quality tool, but their price is somewhat high. Added to the shipping costs and the added customs fees, I don't recommend them. A shame.
I'm modifying my review and updating it to 7/16 because they contacted me, and although they couldn't cover the customs fee, they did refund me the corresponding VAT. So, all in all, a 10 for the service I received.
