I was a but sceptical to start with as estimate was quite a bit more than other services. However, did some checking and proceeded. Very easy to load all the docs and take photos using the guide lines on the camera. Added all the notes and waited, call later in day to confirm things then auction stated next day and ended with a sale and just a bit more than estimate from a local(ish) dealer who called the next day and then collected a few days later as arranged, with little fuss, just a final minor negotiation over £50 for a stuck radiator cap
I would recommend

Started with a short call to Axminster’s tech dept to check on a few things. Very helpful. Found saw was 20% off and I had some £25 of points to exchange, done deal…..Placed order, it arrived standard delivery in 2 days via DX express whom I also find good and reliable.
Easy enough to handle at 40kg or so, then a good hour or so assembling the frame and the table, followed by setting up. I made a wooden skate to mount the saw on and a shelf for the mid rails.
The band saw buddy was useful in set up to ensure square and aligned blade.
First cut was a revelation, so much better than my old work one table top saw. Should have done this ages ago

Super quick delivery, less than 24 hrs, good tracking, best price I could find at the time, bought early for spring, so not used as yet, but looks good, feels light and balanced even with 5ah battery fitted

Didn’t post it through letter box, diverted to collection point, taking 3 more days and then they lost it. Stick with Royal Mail.

needed an old legacy tow bar mounting block, shown in stock online but them went to out of stock as I went to order, quick call to Pendle and one was found and stock adjusted to allow me to order as planned.
Bit of delay with shipping but no real issue.

New to campervan ownership
New to campervan ownership, Leah explained some of the nuances and got a better deal. Thank you. Calls have usually be answered promptly or with only a short wait. Key points on cancellation and changes were explained and understood. Documentation and portal seem OK, but document upload was a bit clunky with files sizes and not working well on a Mac (a known issue I understand), so I emailed them all in and they were accepted promptly. So, so far so good.

Change from supermarket milk

Changed maybe 18 months ago, I use Oat based 'milk' which although a bit more expensive from MM, it saves buying and carrying 6-7 cartons a week back from the supermarket and the associated carton waste, plus we have 3 pints of std milk now the household is smaller and dozen eggs.

Service have been good, the odd blip (maybe holiday cover) but easily sorted via app. Easy to pause deliveries if we are away or add products. App has improved over time.
Deliveries are 3 times a week which works fine, oat product has settled down after a few recipe changes (still doesn't work well in coffee/tea) so I still use a carton for that (~2 a week). Need to try it again.
MM on occasion offer a free test of something (orange juice or dishwasher tabs) - not taken these up yet, but good to see new product appearing. Brownies are very good, but likely high in calories.

Super quick <24 hrs from order to receiving through the post. This was the second order I'd placed and the second to be delivered this quick, so the first was not a one off.
Also seem to hold a lot of stock, all small items were available (Hope products).
