2 sides the same to what should be a whole sofa

The delivery drivers were spot on by being polite with explanations upon delivery ...upon unpacking the sofa the warehouse had picked 2 of the same hand facing parts of sofa which now has been reported to store as incomplete/missing the sofa can't be put together as a whole sofa we have waited a few weeks for delivery and looking forward to the new addition to our home to be disappointed of the mistake which I hope will be rectified as soon as possible

Polite sales people

Polite sales people, helpful, welcomed my little family into store with no judgement as I have an autistic daughter that was testing out the sofas as we walked round just like "goldilocks, and the 3 bears" an offer of drinks with cookies, so much so that purchased a gorgeous sofa waiting on delivery ..

Unresolved car claim

I put in a car claim back in November 2021 ..they have everything e signed and all information required ..Sent numerous emails was replying to start with then communication dropped as everything had been completed still awaiting payment ..but yet they have received their payment for dealing with the case but apparently the other insurance company did not send mine across at same time ..something not sitting right with me
Been sending numerous emails no updates no further forward etc

Not impressed at all
