It's a fantastic forum to be a part of. While I haven't been a member for very long, the time I've spent here has been filled with engaging discussions among like-minded and friendly individuals. The welcoming atmosphere towards new members is evident throughout. The forum's layout is well-organised, making it easy to navigate discussions, and the administrators and moderators are approachable and helpful.

Review of YouFibre
We have been a YouFibre customer for 6 month now, and overall the service has been absolutely amazing. We achieve our advertised speed (500mbps) at all times of the day and night. I've had to contact customer services a few times, once because our direct debit wasn't being taken which was rectified within hours, once due to the static IP not being added in which I received a call back within a few hours and was added.
There was some issues in December where the connection did drop out, I'm talking about a couple of times over a week but a email was sent detailing why, a estimated date of when it was due to be fixed and money off our bill. I've never come across another service provider who has reduced the bill due to a outage.
We have recently moved home to another YouFibre area but after speaking to the sales team, they couldn't match our current deal which was on a monthly rolling contract so decided to cancel but were told we would have to pay a early termination charge. I did send a email of complaint about this as why are we needing to pay a termination charge on a rolling contract, and Marta reached out to me within hours of the complaint being made.
Marta explained what had happened due to a system error, and offered to offer a deal very close to what we had. Since we had already moved house at this point and Openreach were due to install their service from another provider later on in the week, Marta managed to pull every string possible to get us connected within 6 days including the install team having to clear a blockage and pulling the fibre to our property!
Marta is a real credit to YouFibre and has been absolutely amazing during the whole process, from keeping me up to date to answering my emails over the weekend especially on a Sunday. The install team have also been brilliant, the team who pulled the fibre were friendly, and the installer who got us up and running on the day went out of his way to resolve multiple issues even though he has only been doing the job for a few weeks (I didn't catch his name).
5* service from YouFibre and if you're in a covered area then I definitely recommend you sign up, as I couldn't have asked for anything more.
