From the moment I emailed to ask for prompt despatch of my order to treat a bed bugs infestation my daughter had unfortunately come across whilst interrailing in Europe, they could not have been more helpful. They responded to confirm despatch of the item, but also sent lots of advice on how best to treat bed bugs. When I explained that she was not yet home, but was likely to be carrying it on her luggage, they adapted their advice to cover how best to deal with clothes, bags used for travelling etc when she did get home and took time to answer my questions. A level of Customer Service you rarely see these says.

RDO provided excellent service from start to finish. They were very helpful during the ordering process, knowledgeable on the product, delivery was arranged for a few days later and the after sales service was friendly and equally as helpful. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
