USELESS “Service Provider” company.

USELESS “Service Provider” company.
THE “ILEFTMYSTUFF” service is the most inefficient, frustrating company
to deal with. I made multiple attempts to communicate with them without success. I could never reach I human to speak with and all email communication received have been auto responses. North Beach Resort Myrtle Beach (Marriott property) and other hotel/resort properties doing business with this company are just passing the responsibility onto someone else without any concern for their guest that need real help when they have left an item behind.
Shame on you ILEFTMYSTUFF AND North Beach Resort!

Extremely Poor CS. I still can’t believe it

I still can’t believe it! On 8/30/2023 around 1:00pm we visited David’s Bridal. From the time we entered the Wilmington, NC store until we left we were never greeted. acknowledged or assisted. I helped my granddaughter pick out and try on 6-7 dresses. Zero help from anyone! We were the only customers in the store at the time. The young lady stayed sitting at the front desk. As we were leaving we stopped to look at dress displayed right behind the desk and still no engagement from store employee. We left and went to a bridal boutique near by and had an amazingly positive, happy experience and purchased a dress (as it should be).
Not sure how Davis’s Bridal is staying in business with this lack of customer service!

BEWARE of Total Tech Service

BEWARE of Total Tech Service. This service is unreliable. On 10/24/21 the in-store Best Buy sales rep sold me the Total Tech service with a TV purchase which sounded great. But NO, NO, NO you can not count on the Total Tech service! The Best Buy Geek Squad did not show up on the scheduled install date nor did they call, even though they called the day before to confirm. When I called Best Buy rescheduled for 11 days later and could not provide a reason why the first appt. was a no-show. Received a second cancellation with no reason and now Best Buy has rescheduled with a new date that will be 28 days post the day the TV was delivered. There is no way to know or control if they will not show up and reschedule again! The worst part is all calls are routed to call centers in another state or country where the only thing they can do is keep rescheduling. I have spent over 6 hours and 13 different conversations with Best Buy corporate customer service and geek squad call centers with no success ..... the TV is still sitting in the box waiting for install.
